Governamental Processing
When processing some services, documents must go through one or more government agencies. While we make every effort to account for potential delays, we cannot be held accountable for changes in government agency processing. Consequently, refunds will only be considered for requests that have not yet been submitted to government agencies.
Shipping Costs
Should you choose document shipping, please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable. We provide tracking numbers for shipped packages but assume no responsibility for their delivery.
